To fully service and test a working Snapmaker, if any non-service parts or materials would benefit the machines operation you will of course be informed before any repair is carried out. Enquire for details
To repair a faulty or broken Snapmaker, in all cases a chargeable pre-repair diagnosis will be performed by video call (this charge will be deducted from any eventual repair bill). The diagnosis may offer Obsolescence with or without alternative, Economic write off (repair on request) or Repairable. In the case of repairable a full quote will be presented. Enquire for details
